In 1993, Yuva Gramin Vikas Sanstha Gargoti was established in rural and hill areas. Its vision is to provide education and Krushi guidance to all rural and hill farmers for the development of their society.

Now a days, Yuva gramin Vikas sanstha playing role as NGO for Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, Dairying & Fishers, Animal Welfare, Art & culture, Children, Education & Literacy , Environment & Natural resource Management, Food & agriculture ,Health & nutrition,HIV/AIDS social Awareness, Information & Communication Technology , Women Empowerment & development ,Prison Intervention Program, Liparcy Awareness & Rehabilitation Program, Jal-Jeevan Mission etc.

The agriculture situation in district requires improving with consideration of geographic, social and economic conditions of farmers, which can be accomplished by preparing and implementing a comprehensive strategic research and extension plan.

As part of our organization's mission, we are committed to building participatory approaches among the rural masses and work to translate ambitious plans into effective action. Additionally, we are predominately using the blueprint approach to development programming with its emphasis on detailed preplanning and time constraints.
